Violation Correction Services

Our Violation Correction Process

​We assist clients from initial inspection through DOB or FDNY clearance. Every service is handled in-house by a licensed New York State Professional Engineer at ADJ Engineering, PLLC.

On-Site Structural Inspection

​We visit the property to assess the condition cited in the violation. This includes documenting visible cracking, movement, deterioration or improper construction. We determine whether the issue is structural, cosmetic or related to poor maintenance.

Engineering Assessment Report

We prepare a signed and sealed report that addresses the violation head-on. The report includes a structural condition summary, safety evaluation, likely cause and clear corrective recommendations. If your violation involves work that requires a DOB permit, we can prepare structural drawings and details for filing.
